Apple deposited $92.17 into my bank account yesterday. The deposit reads: PPD IN RE APPLE INC Payouts. I'm a little nervous they have my bank info.

It was from 2020! I have the original email still. This was the link in the email.
So is it legit then? I received it as well $92.17 and I don’t want to spend it if they are going to try to take it back lol

Yes, legit. I had the exact same reaction. I just don't remember giving out my bank info. That was a bit scary.

Right. I’m in the same situation. Closed chime account but they tried depositing and now it returned to sender.
I emailed the contact us section on the smart phone performance website but have heard nothing back yet. Does anyone have any info on the deposit going to a closed account yet?
I need to know the answer to this too. Who do I need to contact to have the payment sent to my current checking account?

Same here mines was sent to old chime account and was returned I emailed them several times no respond yet smh.
UPDATE:
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK AND THEY SAID YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR BANKING INFORMATION, THAT THERE WILL BE A CHECK MAILED.
This was very helpful, I checked from 2020 emails and yep, all the info I filled out is there.
They emailed back said a check would be mailed but I no longer live at the old address smh
Weird about the bank hold. Is the check date old 60-90 days old?
