iPhone 12 mini water damaged
I dropped my iPhone 12 mini in a bath tub last night for like 3 seconds and it worked perfectly fine after until about a little after noon today and it’s blacking out and I can’t see it

Your phone has water damage. The mistake was to try to use it before it dried out thoroughly, that reduces the chance that the phone will be usable without repair. At this point you should contact Apple to discuss repair options:
