Software update not showing

Hi guys! I have an early 2015 MAC running El Capitan V. 10.11.6 with a 8GB memory and with 128 GB in total. I read online that my mac is able to run macOS Monterey. Despite of this, when I click on 'software update' after the 'overview' tap it says 'No Updates Available'. Anyone know why the option macOS Monterey is not showing up? By the way, I also tried to find the OS in the App store but I couldn't find it there either. Can anyone help?

Yes I’m sure it’s supported by macOS Monterey as its said by Apple on their site like you can see in this picture.

Although, after a lot of searching on the internet I found out that the software will only show up on the app store if I click on the link on this page: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support

So the problem is basically solved now although my problem for now is that I need more space to download it.. A classic one… Can’t really manage to do that..
