I have a 2013 I-mac 27 inch and I am using Catalina. I have tried so many ways but with no luck. Please I need to remove this and I need help. Thank you

What ways have you tried? Generally, if it's a properly written app, you can just drag it to the trash.
Check the developer's webpage to see if they have any instructions or an uninstaller app.
If the app in question is an Apple default installed app you cannot delete it. Examples would include Safari, Apple TV, Mail, any app that came with macOS.
How are you attempting to uninstall it? Please be more descriptive, we cannot see what you are doing!
