iTunes library from windows 10 to windows 11

Hi, I bought a dell Inspiron with windows 11 and I was trying to transfer my iTunes library from my previous HP with windows 10 by copying the library file. When syncing my iPhone it takes forever I don’t know if it’s the operative system or iTunes? It worked in the past but no this time. Any ideas to fix it? Thank you

New itunes installer for windows? Hello, i'm trying to transfer some files from my iphone to an offline windows 10 pc but after downloading the windows itunes installer on a different phone and transferring it to the computer the file sharing screen is blank, some investigation suggested that this was a bug in the version of itunes i had so i was wondering where i would obtain an up to date installer for itunes. Thanks for your time!
