Purchased album not appearing in library, nor in purchased list in Store

I buy music all the time from the iTunes store, at least 3-4 albums a week. There are usually some bugs in the purchase - mainly albums become split over two album images - nearly all the time these issues are fixable. This time, not.

Yesterday I bought an album, and it was split over two album images. All the songs downloaded correctly, the full track listing, but it was split across the two album images. I tried marrying up the information in "Get Info" making sure the album information matched, in the endeavour to merge the two to become one. That didn't work. I troubleshooted as best as possible, but this time i just decided to delete the album(s) and that i would go in and re-download it.

No dice.

In the store, i can see it is 'purchased' because the purchase symbol is greyed out. But, i cannot find it in the "Purhcased" list in the store - sometimes they are here under "Not In My Library" - but the album isn't there at all.

I have logged out, logged back in. Quit Music. Restarted my Mac. Checked my other devices - it's the same story. I have checked here on support - but the same challenge others have experienced is on older versions of the Music app, where functionality has completely changed (or where iTunes store was a different Mac app, and now it's part of Music). So... help me ObiWan Kenobi, you're my only hope.
