I have have this issue for the past 3 days, T-Mobile doesn’t know what’s going on, I reset my network several times, I powered off the phone, turned off my WiFi, but nothing will work other than my texts, calls, safari/google and Spotify somehow. But no matter what I do the data will not work for anything else

Have you checked your Settings to make sure that you're allowing the games in question to use cellular data? I believe the iPhone lets you allow or deny use of cellular data on an app-by-app basis.

Well, your answers sound excellent, like everything should work. Sorry, I don’t have a really good follow up suggestion.
If that happened to me, (I would strongly consider changing cellular carrier, but aside from that) I would force restart my iPhone.

I’m not able to go on games that require WiFi or data, I do have 5G
what I see is
data roaming is on
voice and data is 5G auto
Data mode: allow more data on 5G
I did the force restart over 5 times and the same issue is still occurring hopefully if I take it to T-Mobile or something in person they’d know I only called about it
