Is there anyway to turn off alarms with focus modes?

I hate having my alarms going off while I’m driving, its very distracting and can be extremely dangerous! I cant find any focus mode that will allow me to shut them off. Some people have suggested using reminders instead but reminders just dont work as well for people with ADHD such as myself (especially when being used frequently they can be very easy to forget about ). Is there any focus mode that can silence alarms or postpone them until after you are done driving? I am confused why I wouldn’t have the option turn them off or even just specific alarms while driving? If there isn't any option available to silence them during driving focus is there an app that can do it?
