My instagram wont let me post any picture without distorting the image completely and not even allowing me to edit my pictures

Instagram is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center

If it happens using that app only, I suggest that you inform/contact Instagram support team and ask them what's the best solution for that problem.
