MacBook Pro Frozen

My MacBook Pro 13” 2017 froze and is unresponsive after connecting an IPhone 14 to it. I don’t know if the phone had anything to do with it but it’s just a detail. It’s currently frozen on the guest log in screen and is stuck loading. The mouse also has the rainbow loading wheel and not the normal arrow. I have a Touch Bar therefore I don’t have a on/off button. I have tried key combinations but none have worked so far.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.

Force Shut down your Mac.
