Where can a Apple Watch ONLY owner edit its contacts’ information?

My niece owns a Cell Apple Watch and NO other Apple appliance - where / how can she edit those watch contacts other than on the watch itself (which would be crazy making)?

FOUND MY OWN ANSWER ... Hi again - In searching further I finally found that Apple doesn't leave you totally out in the cold - despite its sincere interest for us to own all sorts of other iOS products besides just an Apple Watch :-)

The key turned out to simply to have my niece log into the icloud using her Apple ID and PW on any Mac, PC, tablet etc. and from there open her iCloud Contacts ...where she can happily add, delete and edit her contacts to her hearts content.

Sorry for the bother... RedRockBoy

Contacts are setup on the parent's Apple Watch Family Plan iPhone. See item 9 of the first URL below "Set up Apple Watch for a family member"

Some limitations: Cannot receive SMS/MMS messages, as that depends on a fully paired iPhone (as in C below). Messaging is pretty much limited to Apple's Messages, unless the messaging service provides an Apple Watch app. Alarms, alerts, notifications on the iPhone are not sent to the Apple Watch. Apple Pay via a credit card is not available. Also not available: Medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, AFib History, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Walking Steadiness, Audiobooks, Camera Remote, News, Shortcuts, and the double tap gesture.
