Why is my iPhone discoverable as my (name) instead of iPhone in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ?

When I open my Bluetooth to connect, it says discoverable as (Lucy’s phone) instead of iPhone. I also see this in my hot spot with my password visible and I can connect to my fire table using my hot spot.

Go to Settings/General/About and you can see the phone’s name. You can also edit it.
