Apple Charged - auto payments - Me for Microsoft App for 9 Months Microsoft Had Suspended Acct

I found out today that Microsoft suspended my account (Microsoft App via apple) but was still automatically charging me WHILE it had suspended the account! I've been on phone with apple customer service already for 2 hours today (mostly on hold) and the best they can do is refund me for 1 month. they gave me phone number for apple corporate to see if Apple Corp can get me to dept that will refund me for the (8) other months the account was suspended by Microsoft while Apple-Microsoft continued to charge & collect fr me the monthly fee.

Microsoft itself is no help, I contacted them 12/2022 for assistance with the app - nothing, totally abs MIA. I contacted them again in April 2023 for assistance with the App, again, nothing, totally abs MIA. the only assistance I can get with Microsoft app I purchase via apple is with apple.

But I do want to be refunded for those several months (we calculated 9 months!) that I was charged and they collected the monthly fee WHILE the account was suspended. if anyone has experience with this LMKNow.

So far apple customer service says they only have ability, the computers won't let them refund me for more than 1 month because apple has already paid Microsoft ...

You signed up for a subscription. Apple has no way of knowing that MS suspended the account. Until you properly cancel the subscription the system will keep taking it.

Your beef is with MS because, as you've been told, Apple was collecting the funds and paying MS for your subscription.

BTW, no one here works for Apple or has access to your account.
