Apple Denying Refund Requests
I’m officially not purchasing or subscribing to ANYTHING with Apple!! This is the 5th time that Apple completed an unauthorized purchase, the in app feature that I paid for doesn’t work, or I try to pay for one subscription and Apple goes and take money for something completely different! And every time I submit a legitimate refund request, Apple always says “Not Eligible for Refund” even after I appeal decision! At this point, Apple is literally stealing money and I absolutely want no parts in it!! I don’t trust Apple, and would love to know how to speak to someone who can escalate this ongoing issue!!
