Can I transfer an app directly from iPhone to iPhone?
an app I use to run my heated insoles is not longer available in the App Store . But it still works on a previous I phone

Apple doesn't provide a way to transfer apps from phone to phone.
If you do a web search you may find 3rd party apps to do this.
