iPhone screen is on but not responding to touch stuck on one screen

My iPhone 11 is stuck in the power off screen and won’t respond to my touch, it hasn’t been dropped in water, it happend 5-10 minutes after I dropped it about a foot from the ground by accident, it slowly started acting slow then I turned it on n off n it stopped responding to my touch. I’ve tried to have someone call me, didn’t work, tried to hard rest, even asked Siri but it did not work any ideas

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
