Sleep Schedule Alarm Not Working On Apple Watch

I have an Apple Watch Series 7. Up until about a week ago, I could set my sleep schedule on my Iphone 15 Max and it would use haptics on my watch only. That is how I want it, completely silent on my watch and nothing on my phone. It has worked great up until now. Now the alarm on my phone goes off very loud in the morning and my watch does nothing. I have both devices software up to date and a full charge. I don't know what changed but it's making my morning routine a nightmare! Please help...

I’m having a similar issue - until about a week ago my sleep schedule synced between my apple watch 7 and iPhone 15. Now, if I change my sleep schedule on my phone it doesn’t sync/update on my watch. I’m turning off alarms and they still ring on my watch, or vice versa.


When I go into the watch app and check sleep schedule it shows what’s set on the phone, but that’s not reflected on the watch screen and is not the alarm that actually goes off.
