I cant connect my Apple Watch

Hello. I was using the series 3 smart watch on my previous phone which was iphone13 promax. But I can't use it on my new phone which is iphone 14 promax because it gives an account error. I used to use the same Apple ID on my smart watch. Please guide me how to disable its lock.
