How to select the number to use when calling using an iPhone with dual sims.

I have dual sims on my iPhone with two different numbers, a personal and business number. If I click on a phone number from a website, say Apple's tech support, a prompt appears at the bottom of the screen where I can either call that tech support number, or cancel. As I have both a personal and business number, I would presume I would be prompted as to which number I want to call from, but I have been unable to figure out how to do this. The phone will call from either the last number used to call tech support, or, if I have not called tech support before, whatever number I have set to default in settings.

How can I select the phone number to call from without having to go into the phone app, and manually selecting the number to call from?
