Registration of a previously deleted Apple ID

Hello. I previously (more than 30 days) deleted my Apple ID, about which I subsequently received an SMS notification. Will my Apple ID address (in the form of user@icloud.com) ever be available for new registration, and if so, after how long? Or will this address never be accessible again?

From: How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

"Can I use the primary email address for my deleted Apple ID account to create a new Apple ID or with another existing Apple ID account?

No, once your Apple ID is deleted, you can't use the email address that you used with it to create a new Apple ID. In addition, you can't use that email address with another existing Apple ID except as a rescue [notification] email. Also, if your primary Apple ID email address is with a Custom Email Domain, it can never be reused to create an Apple ID after your Apple ID is deleted, even if the domain ownership changes."

I am new to Mac, so please don't come for me. But I was researching this vary question tonight an realized this is the exact situation I am in.

You actually CAN use the same email. Long story short, I had to completely reset my iPhone 15 plus due to forgetting the passcode. I changed the email and Apple ID to something else for a couple of weeks and thought I would try and create another account with the same one I had previously. They do allow that. Now I have been desperately trying to recover my photos, but they are not in the iCloud of the account using it a second time. However I just discovered tonight that my Apple Watch is still logged into the account from the first time. This is because I have not been using my Apple Watch since I had to reset my phone. Its been dead in a drawer until tonight.

I am in a delicate situation because I am praying there is a way to access the account from the Apple Watch, which is the original account that has all of my photos. I am beyond STRESSED!!! If this makes any sense

I had issues with my ****@iCloud.com username account and my devices telling me to create an iCloud email.

I contacted Apple's customer support - and the support rep informed me that the only way I could fix it was to delete the account, and then recreate it after up to 7 business days.

It's been a couple months, and I'm NOW learning that it can't be done - and I am FURIOUS!!!!

Apple's reps were better trained than that I thought.

Thank you. A small clarification, did I understand correctly that I was no longer able to register the previously deleted “login in the icloud domain”? It’s just that in some sources, I found information about about 30 days after which the address is again available for registration (these are unofficial sources)

Another minor addition. My question is not to restore a previously deleted ID, but to create a new Apple ID with the same name in the domain that was previously used and deleted. In this case, everything also remains unchanged, and is this impossible?
