My bro`s apple id is not active, he cant sign in or sign out, his iphone now useless, apples tech support is not helping. How can he activate his apple ID? He cant also change passport because appe id is not activated. Thats really stupid.
Only Apple Support can submit an Apple ID reactivation request. It will take 24 hours to activate if eligible. The other option would be to erase the phone using a Mac or PC and submit an Activation Lock Removal Request if it is locked to owner.
