Can I order a M3 macbook with intel architecture AMD64 instead of ARM

I am running into an issue where I am getting AMD64 incompatibility errors when running docker containers.  My new mac is ARM architecture and I fear it may be adversely affecting the images I am building.  Is there an option to get a M3 MacBook with intel architecture AMD64, instead of ARM
