screen remains locked, keypad and touch pad locked after downloading 17.2.@

Downloaded the 17.2.1 to iPhone 15 pro, software completed but unable to open device, tried the up volume, down volume and the right side button until app logo displays but when I try to touch the keypad to enter code nothing happens, keypad not responding to touch, unable to swipe up to open phone, nothing works

iPhone stuck after IOS update Cannot open the phone. Stuck on “hello” screen and when I swipe up the keypad disappears after half a second. Last action was full reset now dead stuck. Did you try to connect in Recovery mode to your computer, to set it up again?
