Videos and pictures saved in notes are not supported. (File Not Supported)

I have saved pictures and videos in my notes app. 60 or so pictures and videos are not loading, showing up blank and recovering them feels impossible. I’ve tried deleting them and recovering them but that doesn’t work. The only option for them when holding down on them is just DELETE. I’ve logged into my cloud account to see if there’s a way to convert those files into JPEG or something but no luck. I get a visual like this but no options to recover or see them (see picture attached). These pictures have been on my phone since 2021 and have yet to figure out how to retrieve them.
