Email account disappeared from inbox

This am out of the blue, one outlook account I had on my iphone email inboxes disappeared out of the blue.

I am trying to install it again, but all options under settings/mail/accounts are greyed out. I cannot press add account, I cannot open any of the other accounts.

I am freaking a bit as I really need to access my emails and the calendar. Any ideas?
