Refund request and appeal denied

I requested a refund on some of the items that my 12 yo bought and apple denied my refund request and the appeal that I made against the denial. The developers of the game agreed to a refund and asked me to initiate one via the mode of payment that I used, but apple denied my request. How do I make an appeal again? Is there nothing I can do now? Also attaching a screenshot of the game support asking me to reach out to them and of the issue.

Why was my refund request denied? I had a child use my account to make in-app purchases over the period of about a week. By the time I noticed/went to check my bank account, it was around $1000, which is obviously less than ideal. The game itself is known to have poor customer service and I couldn’t even find contact information for so I went through the Apple refund request process and was relieved to see an option that matched exactly my situation, assuming this would make the process smoother. However, I have been denied my refund and my appeals have been denied as well. I have been given no reason for this and numerous people online say that they had no problem getting a refund so I am very concerned. What sort of reason would there be for me to not receive my refund? I am totally fine with the fact that I will “lose access to the items purchased” and the kids understand their account with very likely be banned so I really just want this to be resolved. I will go through my bank if necessary but it seems unfair to offer no explanation for this denied request.

Why am I not eligible to claim a refund ? Hello I bought 2 packs on 30th of March on a different game account that looked like mine and I tried to refund, they refused my refund which was weird for me. I contacted the game, I showed the proof that it was a mistake and they approved to get a refund but Apple still won’t make me a refund, it says not eligible to refund, What should I do? Request a refund - denied two times hello apple Do I still have right to request a refund my payment event if the apple team already refused two time on my previous request a refund. I still want you to review my case as I really didn't mean to purchase that game. Jorani
