iPad mini 6 continues issues
Less than a year ago I decided to buy an ipad mini 6, after two or three months I encountered a software issue where it refused to connect to servers, I took it to the certified apple retailer and they ended up replacing it.
So far so good.
And after another two months, the USB C port on the replacement device stopped working completely, went to the retailer on e again, and had it replaced once more.
Inconvenient but ok 👍
However, now after another two months the same USB problem occurred last evening.
I tried with multiple different chargers and cables (including my certified apple charger and cable) but none of them were recognized as if nothing was plugged into the device.
I was just about to take the iPad to the retailer for the third time, but decided to try one last time to plug it to the charger, and Lord and behold it magically started working.
This now leads me to believe it is rather software related as I had used the device until it was out of battery, and only after it switched of the USB port was recognized once again.
@apple, please release an update that fixes these issues as your retailers may end up replacing your devices for no good reason.
It is highly inconvenient for all parts involved!
