Can i use another Apple device (Series 7+) to remotely access and control another iPhone (Series 13 Pro Max) which is signed in with the same Apple ID, but not connected to the same network if I haven't enrolled (turned on) the MDM feature?

PS: Adding MDM profiles also doesn’t provide remote control of an iPhone or iPad.
