My car has a flat surface for wireless charging and when I put my iPhone 14 Pro on it, it seems to have a difficult time trying to keep the connection. I have a MagSafe compatible case but the raised lip for the camera creates a slant and a gap at the MagSafe section. I can’t find any cases with a leveled MagSafe ring that also still protects my phone. Does anyone know how to solve this??

I also have a flat OEM charging pad in my car and the camera doesn’t cause any issues. Try turning your phone the opposite direction to see if that helps. Also make sure the issue isn’t where some are still having charging problems in their vehicles (most users including myself saw that problem fixed after an iOS update but some are still reporting they continue to have the issue). If this issue has existed before iOS 17 then it may just be the way that your charging pad is made. The actual charging coil may be positioned in a way that it won’t align well with the iPhone 14 Pro. Unfortunately tends to be a problem with wireless charging (even stands) when the slightest change in the position of the coil on the device can wreak havoc on the alignment
