Hello! I do not have Software Update option in AppStore. My OS is Sierra 10.12.6.MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). This is blocking my work since multiple apps require latest Chrome version. What are my solutions here?
Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a higher OS. That model's maximum one is Monterey.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split iTunes into several applications; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
