When ever I plug my phone 7 on the charger and it’s fully charge and I unplug it with sole seconds my phone will shut down when I switch it back on it will shut down again until I plug it in the charger again then it will not turn off

Who replaced the battery? If it was done by someone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, you got ripped off. The battery is toast or they damaged the phone during the replacement.
If it was done by Apple or an authorized shop, take it back.
What is the Maximum Capacity of the battery?
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity
