it's been days and it keeps saying not delivered when I send photos to a Samsung and I have my mms and sms turned on it won't send, and when I turn it on it will send but on the android persons phone it shows and a big link
In an iPhone, there is no option to turn SMS On or Off.
If you are referring to "Send as SMS" then this is to send SMS in place of iMessage whenever your iPhone is not connected to the internet it is sent as SMS (green) to all iPhone users.
You need to have an SMS/MMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM/eSIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS/MMS services.
