No photos to Android users on Messages
Message received is to turn on MMS but it is turned on. Apple can’t help. Provider is stumped also.

Check that MMS Messaging is enabled and that Cellular Data is enabled.
MMS requires a cell phone signal, and a plan that allows SMS text messages. It also requires cellular data. The cellular data control is one that you might have turned off if you were trying to control other applications' use of data (because, say, you did not have an unlimited data plan).
