I phone dead after update IOS 17.2.1
I have never seen such issue in my 5 years experience with I phone. This time my phone was getting shut down automatically while using and start it within a minute. 11th Jan 2024 my phone shut down and flashing with Apple Logo continually and stuck with recovery mode. I tried with my windows and MAC but it wasn't fixed that. I visited Apple care service center and they said it will fixed in 20minutes. After 20 minutes they said something wrong with the recovery so, we have to format and restore it. I said ok and they said cost will be 1500 Rs INR. I said ok but after sometimes they said sorry there are some hardware issue so,. we can not recover your phone. You need to replace it with new 1 and the cost will be approx. 67K INR. I said the new price is 52K for I phone 13 128Gb but you are charging 67K why then, the executive said it's comapy policy we can not do anything and the device is out warranty.
So, in India their are lost of high professional eng. and they fixed my device after changing the Hard Drive and the cost was 10K INR. So, my question is, if we are purchasing the flagship device then, comapny should pay for this to everyone who reported this issue at service center. Because this is not customer problem, this is Apple problem and the technical team problem. They didn't verify all things before publish the IOS update. I checking the news and articles, so many customers are having the issue with this IOS version 17.2.1. So, what is the solution for this loss?
I am very disappointed from Apple for now and i will never buy any Apple device in future.
I will prefeed to purchase Google or Samsung phones.
