Old IPhone Stuck in Apple Logo Loop

So one day, i created a password on my old iPhone and then my Brother tried like 3 Times to unlock the phone but he didnt know the password so i told him to stop cuz i know the password and then after like 3 times the iPhone turned off and not turned on, i was worried cuz there was images from my old pet, then i tried to charge the phone after some years then it turned on but its in a loop so the apple logo comes for 5 seconds or 10 then the phone turn off after 10 seconds is it turning on and its still in apple logo i tried alr 15 hours. Its like in a loop so everytime is the phone in the apple logo for 10 seconds then is black screen then apple logo black screen and yea so please help me guys
