A2450 KEYBOARD NOT RECOGNIZE SOME KEYS

i have MacMini M1 with macOS SONOMA 14.2.1, without reason apparently the Keyboard not recognize the characters: 7,8,9,u,i,o,j,k,l,m. At the beginning i suppose the Keyboard was dirty, then ask for service but it is working good. i bougth another Keyboard, the same model because is the only model that sells in my City.

But the Mac neither recognize the same keys.

what can i do?
