Auto-lock cannot be set to longer than one minute (iPhone 12)

It appears that a recent iOS update reduced the options for the auto-lock setting. There are now two choices - 30 seconds or 1 minute. I know there used to be at least one other option (maybe 3 minutes) because I’ve never had enter my passcode this often. Why was it changed and can it be changed back? One minute is much too short!! I work at home and am not around other people much - having to constantly unlock my phone is ridiculous.

Also, do not suggest that I use face recognition to unlock. This is not an acceptable alternative.

iPhone 12, iOS 17

Do you have your work email set up on the phone? This often reduces the number of options you have.

In Settings>General>VPN & Device Management, is anything listed?
