I left my iPhone 11 open for a while and it gave me the 10% battery notification for 3 times and I started using it for a bit and its battery decreased. My phone may work completely fine right now but I nerd answers on why it gave me 3 10% battery notifications. Is this a new iOS update..?
It notified you because your battery is almost completely depleted and it needs to be charged. It's not healthy to let the battery fall below 20%, and especially not healthy to let it completely discharge.
The point is that we are getting multiple notifications in a row. I got a 10% notification two minutes ago, and then 30 seconds later, I got another low battery notification. If I hadn't been able to get it to a charger right away, I would have received yet another notification approx. 30 seconds later (as happened last week when I was out of the house and without charging means). Since we have only ever historically received one warning at 20% and one at 10%, it's very weird to suddenly be getting multiple warnings, and we are wondering if this is an iOS bug or an indicator of something infecting the phones? Or just an indicator that our phones are on their last legs? (Mine's an 8, so an upgrade is definitely in my near future--but if there's something infecting my current phone, I need to know before I migrate everything over to a new one.)
