iPhone 11 shut down
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I (*** *** from Chennai) bought i-phone 11 last year with my full eagerness.
Actually, I am very crazy to buy i-phone so worked hard to save money to buy
i-phone 11. Once I bought apple i-phone i proud myself great. But within 14
months my apple i-phone 11 suddenly switched off. I made last call from that
phone at 10.30 a. m. On 16.11.2023. After that my i-phone became dead. I became
frustrated and i gave my to apple i-phone service center at chennai mogappair,
i-planet service center. They asked me to pay Rs. 40,000/- for service.But, I
bought my i-phone in the flipkart with discount of Rs. 38,269/-. If I want yo
service my i-phone means I have to pay Rs. 40,000/- for that i can buy new
i-phone. I want you to do replacement or free service.Please consider my
request and do the needful. I also enclose all the relevant invoice for this
apple i-phone 11.
