Im just wondering when Apple will give access to Apple TV. What is the point to pay so much money if I can't use Apple TV, Apple One, Apple Music (some of albums are not available but when I'm abroad there is no problem).

It is (mostly) the artists/studio representation that determine in which regions their content is available, when they submit their albums, etc. There may be other regulatory requirements, and perhaps a need for local representation.
