Overnight charging causes black screen

In the morning following an overnight charge on my iPhone, the phone shows 100% charged, but then turns off and I get a black screen. I turn it off, then back on, and I see that the phone needs charging. After I plug in the charging cord the phone comes back fully charged after a minute. What's the problem? My battery shows that it's 80% n settings.

The lightening bolt symbol is next to the battery indicating it’s receiving power and all is well, but when I wake up in the morning the percentage hasn’t gone up. I saw a few other people mention this here and have yet to see a helpful reply. I’ve been through the troubleshooting steps as best as I can but the issue is intermittent. I’ve tried new cables and they’re plugged directly into a USB outlet. I even went to far as to replace the outlet itself but have had no luck. I’ve cleaned the charging port with contact cleaner and sucked it out with a vacuum.

My iPhone stopes charging when its turned on When my iPhone turns off because of no battery I plug in a charger and it starts charging but when it hits 1 or 2 percent it turns on but stops charging and I have to take the charger out and put it in again to start charging. Can I do something to fix this and make the charging of my phone continue?

I phone SE shows 100% charged - shuts off - then shows only 10% charged I have a I phone SE that I love. It has plenty of storage space - and I like the smaller size. In other words, no need to upgrade. However, the phone doesn't seem to be charging properly. When I go to bed, I plug the phone in. When i wake up, it shows 100% charged. I begin to read the news, and bang - it goes out. When it restarts (which is seems to do on its own), it reads 10% (or some minimal amount) of charge - generally the same as the night before BEFORE i began charging. do i need a new battery? Other? Thanks in advance.
