Macbook pro screen is displaying colors streaking across the page

The problem is happening almost exclusively when I use Google Chrome, BUT I did briefly see a similar streak when I checked my email with the built in Mail app. It just started today but some things such as me scrolling down a website or me hovering my mouse over a link causes these very strange triangular streaks across the screen. Hopefully this post makes sense because I can barely see this current screen, I'll take a screenshot of what I'm looking at right now and use it as my last image
