Hallo, I have question about my headphones Air Pods Pro 2019 years

good afternoon, I would like to know about the airpods pro 2019 model headphones, they suddenly stopped working. I took them to a service center in Slovakia, they said these headphones had a factory defect. They also told me that my headphones also have this defect, and that they can try to fix it, but it’s quite difficult and does not give a 100% guarantee that they will be able to fix it, and I will have to pay 120 euros for this work. And if I can’t fix it, then I’ll have to buy new headphones, which means that, due to defects in this model, I’m now forced to send them for repair, which does not provide a 100% guarantee of results. Please resolve this issue.
