You can no longer purchase a movie as a gift on the iTunes Store -- it redirects me to Apple TV, which does not allow gift purchases. Is there any way to do this?
This used to be possible until a month or two ago through the method outlined on this site:

But the steps no longer work on my iPhone/iPad. On iTunes Store, you can no longer buy movies at all. So how do I buy a movie as a gift?
