Video thumbnail is not beginning of video. Can I change this?

Hello. I’m the photos app, I like to see the first frame of my videos as the thumbnail. But I’m noticing that videos with my face in them show my face as the thumbnail even if I don’t show my face until later

in the videos. Is there a way to make the first frame of my video as the thumbnail as default? This helps me with finding videos for editing purposes. Let me know if I can change this setting. Thanks!
