I bought Educational Bundle but it still says 'Your item is on its way. Tracking information will be available shortly.'

I bought the Educational Bundle 4 days ago. They said the process would be done in '1 to 3' work days. It has been 3 work days, and this is the 4th day (Saturday). They don't give any information more or send any e-mail about it. The only message I see on the order site is "Your item is on its way. Tracking information will be available shortly." And it's stated as "shipped".

MacBook Pro 14″, 12.1

You should have received 2 emails from Apple Volume Licensing on the day, or close to it you bought the bundle. One would be a PDF which has your redemption codes for the apps and the other is a password to unlock the PDF with the codes. Check your spam folder.
