I am switching my carrier to Cox from T Mobile. How do I switch my Apple phone insurance? I still want the insurance coverage for my phone, but I do not believe Cox has this.

You'll need to contact Apple directly for help. If you're in the US, call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and ask for AppleCare Plan Administration.

Sorry for your misunderstanding. I purchased the phone from Apple itself. When I purchased the phone, they had me buy and pay for my cell phone on monthly payments through my current carrier. I was purchasing the phone plus paying for insurance for the cell phone purchased, through my carrier at that time, T Mobile. So, when I made a payment for the phone with my monthly charge (through T Mobile) I was also paying for the coverage and insurance for the phone. I just paid off the purchase price of the phone (through T Mobile) as I am switching my carrier to Cox on a package deal with Cox. I need to know how I can continue the insurance for my Apple cell phone. Thank you for responding.
