Zeiss is saying my prescription (below, no Prism) is out of range for the apple vision pro.
This is quite disappointing. Are there other vendors or will Zeiss expand their range?

I had the same issue. Zeiss maxes out at cylinders greater than -4.6. I talked to my ophthalmologist and they gave me a second prescription with the cylinders dialed down to -4.5 specifically for the inserts. They won’t be perfect but they should be just fine.

For what it’s worth, glasses prescriptions are usually valid for two years, not one. And if you call your eye doctor they may be able to write you a new one if yours is expired.

Hi, could you share the ranges Zeiss allows for the inserts. They rejected my prescription say if was outside the range but will not share the "range" numbers. Thank-you
