Macbook Pro 16" shuts down on its own

My MacBook Pro 16" (2019) shuts down by itself, just a few seconds after logging on, screen opens in full light gray showing the time, then screen turns 3/4 black, a swoosh sound is heard and it shuts down. When re-opening 2 windows pop up, stating I initiated the shut down, when I didn't, and after sending report screen is back to normal. This self shut happens every second time I start up the laptop. Any suggestions of action is highly appreciated. Thanks! JM

At your option Copy the entire report (Edit > Select All and then Copy) and Paste it in a reply to this Discussion. It may or may not yield any information you can act upon. It usually doesn't, but then again it may provide a clue.

Hi JM,

I was having that issue on my 2019 15 inch MBP as well. It started out of the blue. I ended up upgrading to an M3 MacBook Pro and have not had any issues with it.
