Can members of your Family plan know what kind of content is being shared?
can your family plane or gaurdian that set up the phone see that a nude picture was sent

Without access to your device, other family members cannot see any photos that either you receive or are on your device unless you have shared them with your family members.
Having said that do ensure you have a separate Apple ID else everything can be seen by others who share your Apple ID.
